RECOMMENDED REFORMS

1. Churches should rid their schools of atheistic psychological and psychiatric curriculums so that children are no longer influenced by their humanistic, Godless approach to life. They should replace psychiatric and psychological programs in their hospitals and other facilities with medically recognized programs and faith components to assist healing.

2. Government, criminal, educational, judicial and other social agencies should not rely on psychiatry’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and no legislation should use this as a basis for determining the mental state, competency, educational standard or rights of any individual.

3. Clinical and financial audits should be conducted of all government-run and private psychiatric facilities that receive government subsidies or insurance payments to ensure accountability and the compilation of statistics on admissions, treatment and deaths, without breaching patient confidentiality.

4. Medical facilities must be established to replace coercive psychiatric institutions. These must have medical doctors on staff, medical diagnostic equipment, which non-psychiatric medical doctors can use to thoroughly examine and test for all underlying physical problems that may be manifesting as disturbed behavior. Government and private funds should be channeled into such programs and cut from abusive psychiatric institutions and programs that have proven not to work.

5. Legislation should prohibit the use of electroshock, psychosurgery, restraint procedures, mental health screening in schools and involuntary commitment. The psychiatric and psychological sexual abuse of patients requires laws making this a criminal offense in every state.

6. Drug rehabilitation programs should be based on proven, workable results that return the addict to society, drug-free and productive within the community. Don’t accept programs that offer one drug, such as methadone, as a trade-off for another.

7. In every country, parents must have the right to refuse permission for their child to be subjected to any psychological or psychiatric questionnaire, test or evaluation or be forced to take a psychiatric drug in school.

8. In every country, governments should ensure that children have to right to access schools that do not rely upon psychological or psychiatric curricula and programs.

9. Ultimately, psychiatry and psychology must be eliminated from all education systems and their coercive and unworkable methods should not be funded by the State. No psychiatric drug should be used on children, nor should any pediatric clinical drug trials be permitted.
